The controls division delivers stand alone products as well as turnkey BMS projects and total integrated solutions. This includes engineering, switchboard panels, cabling, configuring and calibration of field- and network equipment, project management and commissioning, all done with great flexibility and extensive knowledge of HVAC applications. Over the years installations realized by HC Barcol-Air proved to be very user-friendly, reliable and almost maintenance free.
HC Barcol-Air likes to be involved in the designing stage of the project to achieve the best results possible. Especially for the DDC controls, for instance on VAV terminals or fan coil units, our involvement in an early stage is of great importance. Depending on the project requirements, HC Barcol-Air is also involved in designing switchboard panels, including project management (if wanted for the complete technical installation), air handling units, chillers, pumps, etc.
Our focus is on product integration, enables us which we can incorporate new technologies in both new and excisting installations. HC Barcol-Air cooperates with other HVAC equipment suppliers for full integration of their controls in the BMS.
After the building has been handed over to the customer, the installations can be remotely monitored, which makes it possible to optimize its operation based on the user profile. Combined with a maintenance contract, you will receive the complete support of our service division. Our training facilities offer project dedicated training sessions for the facility management, to be able to maintain their own installation afterwards.
