Established in 1982 as Barcol-Air B.V. the Netherlands
Acquired by HC Groep in 2006
Acquired by SIG Air Handling in 2015
In July 2020 all shares of HC Groep B.V. and all associated subsidiaries
were acquired by the current management of HC Groep
