Plastic Omnium Preneur

On 16 April 2013, Pitance, in a joint venture with Lamy (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries), signed a contract with Plastic Omnium for the construction of an office complex in the Gerland area of Lyon (central France). Designed by architect Éric Robelin, the project comprises four office blocks (32,500 sq. metres) aiming to achieve HQE (High Quality Environmental) certification, a service building housing the staff canteen, a 500-space car park on two underground levels and 8,000 sq. metres of landscaped gardens, including a lake.
