We are delighted to announce that, as of 1 January, Rena van Dijk has taken up the role of Managing Director at Barcol-Air B.V.
Rena is well-known within our organization. As Manager of the Operations Office, she has made a significant contribution in recent years by improving systems and processes and strengthening collaboration. Her vision is clear: together we make the difference in knowledge, in our commitment to our projects, our clients and to each other.
Rena strongly believes in ownership and trust and sees her role primarily in further strengthening the foundation.
She says: ‘Especially in a world that is changing rapidly, it is important for us to look ahead while also reinforcing our foundation. Barcol‑Air stands for craftsmanship and long‑term commitment, and I am proud to contribute to that. Together with a fantastic team, we can ensure that manufacturing remains in the Netherlands, close to home, keeping us agile. We can also embrace new technologies and use them to deliver even smarter and more sustainable projects with our clients, partners and collaborators in the field of air distribution and control technology.’
With her appointment, we are building on a solid foundation and taking further steps together towards development and growth.
